Malay Village Restaurant is a halal certified family restaurant, specializing in seafood, malay, thai, western and chinese cuisines, nestled in a traditional garden setting.

In Malaysia, our forefathers dwell in a kampong – Malay term for a Malay village – setting. A simple, hardworking life set in a natural environment, while eating rustic, homecooked but delicious food. There is a kind of peace and serinity that we can only get while living in a wooden kampong house surrounded by the sounds and sights of nature.

The original plan was to come up with a Kampong style restaurant as a sort of retreat for the customers to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. A lounging area for families to breathe in the fresh air and natural greenery while the children explore and attempt to relieve the experience of ages lost. Hence, Malay Village Restaurant was born.

Upon launch of the restaurant, it proved to be a hit with the local city dwellers and surprisingly our customers even came from as far as Singapore and Selangor. It seems that our customers have an appreciation for outdoor and natural dining and Malay Village Restaurant is the place to be. Soon we began receiving functions and attending to events requested by customers.
